Missouri reportedly loses defensive lineman to NCAA transfer portal
Missouri is preparing for Year 3 under coach Eli Drinkwitz. To get ready for the 2022 campaign, the Tigers have been very active in the transfer portal, particularly on defense.
But, on Monday evening, the Tigers lost a backup defensive lineman to the portal, according to a report.
As you can see below, Rivals reports that former JUCO DL Ben Key, who appeared in 2 games for the Tigers during his time in Columbia, has decided to explore his transfer options ahead of the 2022 season:

The deadline to transfer and retain eligibility for 2022 is coming up on May 1, so we’re seeing a flurry of activity all across the country.
Where will Key end up next? That remains to be seen, but it appears his time in CoMo is coming to an end.
Depth is key.
